Ravi has been a driving force behind various products under the “Make in India” initiative, from design and development to certification for military use. Ravi’s hobbies include following cricket, the stock markets, and motivating his friends and colleagues toward better health.

His background, including roles at Kirloskar and Crompton Greaves, equips him to lead the development of several cutting-edge systems for Indian Defence Aviation. Beyond his professional life, he is a keen enthusiast of music and quizzing and enjoys singing as a hobby.

With over 35 years of distinguished service in the IAF, culminating in the rank of Group Captain, Ganesh Ravi Kumar is a seasoned leader in Defence Technology & Manufacturing. His expertise, gained from field operations to the Ministry of Defence, emphasizes complex project management and risk mitigation. Ganesh has a flair for travel and exploring nature, enjoys listening to old music, and is committed to keeping the Laversb team fit.

N. Pandu Ranga Rao joined Laversab India Aviation in 2022, bringing over a decade of experience from HAL’s Electrical & Avionics Design Department. His contributions span critical projects, including the Windshield Wiper System for ALH/LCH, Radio Altimeter Test Sets, and Engine Vibration Analyzers. Currently, he is focused on the LCA’s Charge Amplifier LRU and the creation of an indigenous Precision Signal Generator. His expertise in quality assurance and instrument calibration further strengthens Laversab’s design capabilities.

Anantha Ranga, with over 35 years of aeronautical expertise from HAL, joined Laversab India Aviation in 2023, bringing unparalleled depth in hydraulic and mission system design. His leadership in heading hydraulic design and mission system departments at HAL directly contributed to the development of critical systems for ALH, LCH, and LUH helicopter platforms. His comprehensive knowledge of aerospace design standards, ensures the highest level of technical compliance and excellence.
GM - Design
Laversab India Aviation welcomed Subramanya Prasad H.S. in 2024, a seasoned aeronautical engineer with 35+ years of HAL experience, where he led advancements in rotary wing design. His technical mastery, underpinned by degrees from the University of Mysore and IIT Bombay, is evident in his expertise with mechanical systems, especially power plant and fuel systems. He was instrumental in the development of the Power Plant & Fuel System and certification of the systems on ALH, LCH & LUH.
DGM - Product Support
Srinivasa Reddy has been with LIAPL for 13 years, leading the service, spares, and calibration of ADTS and ARTS products, following a 20-year career with the IAF.

Sunil Kini, a retired IAF Group Captain, brings 26 years of specialized helicopter engineering expertise, honed through service from squadron to Air Headquarters. His technical acumen, fortified by degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Defence & Strategic Studies, and International Business, is further enriched by experience at Mahindra Aerospace and MerlinHawk Aerospace. A seasoned leader, he combines deep operational knowledge with strategic business insight, driving product excellence. Beyond his professional achievements, Kini has a passion for music, history, and literature.
